Question 1

Does this mean my gear is good to use?

Accepted Answer

No. No one can honestly tell you that. We clean, inspect, and document condition against manufacturer and UIAA guidelines, and we flag anything worth retiring. The final call is always yours.

Question 2

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

Usually 48–72 hours. We give you a timeline at drop-off.

Question 3

What if you find something wrong?

Accepted Answer

We show you, explain it plainly, and note it on your record as Good / Monitor / Retire. No pressure, no upsell.

Question 4

Where do we meet?

Accepted Answer

Hailey or Ketchum. We confirm the exact spot when you book.

Question 5

Will cleaning hurt my rope?

Accepted Answer

No. We use a dedicated rope cleaner and the manufacturer’s own process, never household detergent or bleach. Done right, cleaning extends a rope’s life.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Payment is due at pickup, after you’ve seen the work, never before. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Memberships are arranged directly with us.
